Peter Hook and the Light Macclesfield May 18th 2015

There are times I want to photograph events just for myself. There is no money to be made, just a great interest in shooting a gig that, for want of a better description, is the only way to describe it.

This was one of those gigs.

On May 18th Peter Hook and the Light played a concert in an abandoned church in Macclesfield town centre, the anniversary of Ian Curtis death. The band played the entire Joy Division back catalogue.
